Native PrestaShop integration (two-way sync)

Request a native PrestaShop integration in Replyco. Goal Connect a PrestaShop store as a first-class channel/account in Replyco (like Shopify/WooCommerce), not via workarounds. Two-way sync. Must-have requirements Inbound: ingest all customer messages into Replyco as tickets (include both PrestaShop contact form messages and Customer Service threads if available). Outbound: send agent replies from Replyco back into PrestaShop so the customer sees them in the original thread. Data sync: keep customers and orders in sync so agents have full order context in tickets. Nice-to-haves Support attachments on messages. Sync order status/fulfillment updates. Notes Previous attempts to submit this roadmap request failed due to temporary support/roadmap service errors (HTTP 500/502/405). Please accept and track once service is stable.
