Aktuell wird bei Stornorechnungen eine negative Menge in die eRechnung übernommen. Das wird von Validationstools als Fehler markiert.

Sonderzeichen wie "&" werden aus den Artikeldaten verfälscht in die Bestellübersicht und Auftragsdokumente geladen. Workaround: Das Feld "Rechnungstext überschreiben" für die betroffenen Artikel füllen. So werden Auftragsdokumente mit den gewünschten Texten gefüllt.

When transforming chats into tickets the chat remains Offen, having the tick button to close the chat on ticket creation would be helpful and save time.

For example we use Open chats and not resolved tabs most, the ability to create shortcut buttons on the top bar would make it quicker for us to access these pages as it is a little long winded currently.

Deaktivierte Webhooks für Woocommerce Anbindungen werden im Shop gelöscht. Bei späterem aktivieren werden aber keine neuen Webhooks erstellt.

Befinden sich in einer Stückliste Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Steuersätzen & Rabatt, wird nur eine Rabattpositon mit einem Steuersatz in der Order angelegt. Das führt zu einer falschen Rechnung.
